k so there's this guy who's a grade older than me and he really likes me. and i hung out with him for a while one day but just as friends. He hangs out with potheads and even though he says he doesn't do it i think he was high. anyways all a sudden he's practicaly on me trying to make out and im like god! then i push him and leave. then like the next day he's all like you're so prude! and he's talking trash about me. idk wat to do.

You do not have a problem. This guy is not your boyfriend. To tell you the truth, if I were a female, his display of disrespect would make me dislike him.
However, the choice is up to you. If you can't figure this guy out then how do you know what type of person you are dealing with.
You can turn this into a problem if you want to. I am just saying.
