You could probably mix it beforehand and transport it. My advice would be to transport it in a cooler, try and keep it as cold as possibles, nothings worse than a warm cocktail and keep it an as airtight a container as possible so the coke doesn't go flat.

Measurements:

.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
• .25 oz. Smirnoff No.21 Vodka
• .25 oz. Captain Morgan Silver Spiced Rum
• .25 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial
• .25 oz. triple sec
• 1 oz. sweet and sour mix
• 6 oz. cola
• 1 wedge lemon (optional)

Obviously you don't have to use those particular brands. These measurements are per drink/person so you'll just need to multiply it by how much you want to take with you.

One of the first mix drinks ever is\was also the strongest.....a Mint Juilep: Several to a few dozen mint leaves 3 to 5 oz. (90 to 150 mL) of Kentucky bourbon 1 tsp. (5 mL) of granulated sugar 2 tsp. (10 mL) of spring water Shaved or crushed ice In a small bowl or glass muddle the mint, sugar, and water. Once the sugar is well dissolved, and the mixture has a good mint smell, stir in the bourbon. Pack a separate cup - preferably silver or pewter, but a highball will do - with crushed ice. Strain the bourbon mixture into the cup with the ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve with a drinking straw. Some tips for success: Strain well. Try to avoid getting any of the crushed mint in the final concoction. Use fresh mint. Four or five large spearmint leaves work well. Most other mints have smaller leaves, adjust accordingly. Instead of using sugar and water, use premixed sugar syrup. This helps avoid leaving grains of sugar in the drink. The mint, bourbon, and sugar can be pre-mixed in larger quantities, but always pour it over the ice immediately before serving.

You can also buy long island iced tea "mix" in the same way you can buy margarita mix. I've never bought it so I don't know exactly what else you'd need to add to it, but it'd certainly be less bottles than starting from scratch. I've had the mix in some bars, though, and the quality is not as good as making it from scratch.

In a tall glass, one shot of each, fill the glass with Sweet & Sour, spash of coke.

If you truley want to mix it up ahead of time, just measure it several times into a pitcher, mix and - taste it first - and then pour into separate bottles or a thermos big enough for transport.
