If anything it is the other way around. Body hair is an insulator. It can keep you warm or cool depending on conditions. Straight skin contact is much more tactile than that of hair.

i think so ! cuz when some one plays with ur hair ( on ur head u get chills ) and it stimulates .if u have a lot of body hair then taking ur fingers slowly over the are u get the same effect , so i say yes .
