It's impossible to prove that something does NOT exist.

Scripturally yes:

The idea is that hell is a place where the souls of evildoers go to be tormented in a fiery furnace forever. The problem with that idea is that A) man IS a soul (nephesh in Hebrew being defined as "being" not as an amorphous spirit that survives our physical death. B) Even if the concept of an immortal spirit were true, Ecclesiates 18:4 says that 'the soul that is sinning it itself will die." Romans 6:12 says "he who has died has been ACQUITTED OF HIS SINS." And finally, if you read Ecclesiastes 9:5,6, you'll find King Solomon's explanation of the real condition of the dead.

I hope that helps you.

What sort of a Hell do you need?

IF Hell actually WAS beneath the surface of the earth as many believe, the intense heat would have set fire to and consumed the vast fields of oil beneath the Earth's surface.
Therefore, there would be NO more Oil, and consequently NO maimed & dead kids in Iraq, and NO George W. Bush!

Is THAT proof enough for Ya???

The inspired scriptures in Hebrew, Greek, and some Aramaic. They do not mention Hell. The Hebrew Sheol and the Greek Hades both mean GRAVE, not Hell.

Hell was created during the Dark Ages to intimidate people in believing or else..

Hell may already exists. The center of earth has high enough temperature to be considered Hell.

Condeming people to an eternal burning Hell is not in God's charictor.

When Jesus came to earth he said "But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you" - Jesus as recorded in Matthew 5:44

When Jesus was being perscuted on the cross, he asked his father to forgive those who were killing and mocking him. Jesus said, If you've seen me, you've seen my father and I and my father are one [of purpose].

So isn't that two faced of Jesus to say one thing on the cross when the Father is going to burn his enimies for eternity ?

The word Hell is mistranslated in the bible from 4 different words. God's word is very precise, so he wouldn't use 4 completely different words to discribe one idea. He would use 2 - one for the Hebrew OT and one for the Greek NT. Also, he wouldn't use the same exact word and translate it into 3 different words as many of the bibles do in English.

Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. Jesus came to destroy sin, not the sinner.

God purpose of judgment, in Psalm 94:15

"But Judgment shall return unto righteousness."

The purpose of Judgment is not to burn the wicked forever, nor even for a time. The purpose of Judgment is to return the people to righteousness or to right doing.

Do you have absolute factual proof of its existence?

Perhaps the BIGGEST question is why do you need to threaten people in order to get them to convert to your religious belief.

I know as a mother, I would NEVER, if my child decides to still go against my warning and touch a burning stove and gets burnt, just watch it go on and on, my child screaming in pain to me. Eventually I would come and comfort him and explain to him that is what happens when you do not obey. The punishment fits the crime. He now knows better and can grow to be better.

Is the Christian God as merciful as I am? No.
I not about to worship a diety that is less merciful and humane than I am. Sorry.

In hell everyone will have worms.

God is stuck with a hell containing a hundred billion screaming souls and he cannot demolish it, for he had promised sinners eternal agony, and cannot go back on his word.
Oh how he wishes he had never established such a place to begin with.

Yes, Carl, I do. It's called examining the scriptures, including several outside experts on translation, and using your powers of reason. Please, pray fervently for guidance and read the information in the following link, including cited scriptures, and see if it doesn't speak to your heart. Please remember, God is perfect in love, wisdom, justice, and power. Would a loving god really punish his creation for all eternity, is that truly justice? I pray your eyes will be opened to the truth on this matter.

Do you have proof on the EXISTENCE of hell? No?

didn't think so.

I think the other answerers have made a very good point in saying "a God that merciless and evil doesn't deserve worship". I think I agree with them.
