If anyone has any idea or leads please answer me because i'm getting desperate. Also, I tried the company Futrurlec, but they have yet to ship the part and it's been nearly a month.

check around your local audio shops (I assume it's for audio) and see if they can set you up with one, or maybe order one, or refer you to a place that'll have what you want. They can also give you advice on hook-ups and alternative ideas too.

Dig out the phone book and make some calls, and ask a lot of questions to different places (install shops, audio repair shops,electronic repair/TV repair shops)

Get a copy (any month) of Nuts and Volts magazine. It has advertisements from mail order stores and they all give their web site addresses.
