Wear some nice clothes that make you look really pretty and ask him to dinner to go out for a coke with you or something.
When a woman tells me why she appreciates me and what she appreciates about me, I really dig it. Tell him when you think he looks nice, when you think he's been nice, and what you think is cool about him.
Also - hang out and relax with him. No tension - it's for the birds, just be cool and have fun.

come up and talk to me... I mean I have girls comming up all the time but I like when they do a bit more than just come up and say HI and then expect me to do the rest. You came here, you do the work... some of them just come up and stand there without saying a word... like you are already here, I know why you are here, why not just talk to me? So yeah, go up and actually lead the conversation, it shows effort, not many girls do that, he will love it...
