This just happened to me last weekend - it's not you it's the shampoo/conditioner you are using..get rid of both of them and buy new ones (different brand). I bought some new conditioner last week, used it and my hair was a mess! It felt waxy at the back and no amount of hairdrying it would dry it out. I kept trying to wash it to get the wax/grease out and nothing worked. So I bought some new shampoo and conditioner, used it this morning and my hair is back to normal ;-)

Dont put anything in your hair but shampoo for a couple of washes. Using too much conditioner makes hair really oily. Also if you rinse your hair with really cold water before you get out of the shower it will help a lot- hot water opens your pores- cold water closes your pores- oil comes out of your pores, so if they are closed your pores can't release any oil.

wash it without conditioner for 2 or 3 days. dont wash it everyday though, natural oils are signs of healthy hair and are good for the growth.
maybe you use too much conditioner. that might be the reason why they look or feel greasy...and dont play in your hair too much with your finger, that will cause them to become greasy.
have a nice day!

Stop using the conditioner. You obviously don't need it right now. So just shampoo. You can also work some cornstarch through your hair to get rid of some of the excess moisture.

OK don't think i'm crazy but my neighbor (caucasian) who has been a Paul Mitchell stylist for 9 years, says to wash with Dove dish liquid. She says that it's mild and will gently cleanse extra oils away and that one good wash should do the job.

Go to a salon and ask them for a hair cleaning product (not just a good shampoo) and tell them what happened. I can't remember the name of it, but a good salon will know what you need. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

once the grease is gone then shampoo as you usually do
