as a muslim, the answre is in the holy Quran:
S:7, V:180
{ [180] The most beautiful names belong to Allah: so call on Him by them; but shun such men as use profanity in His names: for what they do, they will soon be requited. }
-----also read this----
S:59, V: 22-24

{ [22] Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god; Who knows (all things) both secret and open; He, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

[23] Allah is He, than Whom there is no other god; the Sovereign, the Holy One, the Source of Peace (and Perfection), the Guardian of Faith, the Preserver of Safety, the Exalted in Might, the Irresistible, the Supreme: Glory to Allah! (High is He) above the partners they attribute to Him.

[24] He is Allah, the Creator, the Evolver, the Bestower of Forms (or Colours). To Him belong the Most Beautiful Names: whatever is in the heavens and on earth, doth declare His Praises and Glory; and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. }

Good luck...

I thought the Jews forgot it. Yaweh, jehovah, yahoo..? Erm...

I don't believe in God though so i see it as a senseless question if you're asking about an actual being.

Historically, there have been many gods, and the concept has been named by many names like Set, Jesus, Zeus, Brahma, and probably in caveman times something like "Ugg".

Which one is the "right" name? Well, it depends on who you ask!

Another question: What will he (or it, or she) be called in 10,000 year's time?

You know most people are not gonna like my answer but the name of God was removed from newer translations of the Bible, but in older ones the name is preserved in one particular is Psalm 83:18 "that people will know, that you, whose name is Jehovah, you alone are most high over all the earth."

The answer is in Psalm 83:18........if you really want to know look it up in your own Bible............in some translations you may need to read the footnote.
