Of course it's normal. Your mood is completely controlled by your hormones, so as those fluctuate and levels change, your mood will also change.

Only seek help if you feel you're in a bad mood more often than not, if your bad mood results in dangerous actions or if close relationships begin to suffer.

It's very normal. You're teenager. You're going you a lot of changes. Try to recognize the times you get down and don't take it out on others. Reach out to someone and just talk.

Yes, you do need guidance and that's ok. Good for you that you can see this. Mood swings do happen to everyone but for them to continue on & off, any length of time and then skipping meals, doesn't sound good. You need to find someone to talk to, that you trust. Best of luck to you.

NORMAL!!! Don't let anyone tell you have have any "disorder" because then you've fallen into believing you're really ill.
That's how it works. They get the person to believe they are ill, tell them they can never be cured, but these meds will help. Then you're stuck buying the meds forever, and paying the Psychs just to get the meds you don't really need to begin with.

That's what being a teenager is. It's not only hormones, but changes in the brain.

It would be abnormal for you NOT to feel that way sometimes,
just don't get in the habit of being uptight.

It happens to teens, adults, humans..
