I think that if you like pizza and barbeque pizza, then i know a quick, GREAT barbeque chicken pizza idea. An easy way to make it would be to go to Costco and buy a thing of two Bobali pizza crust. they come with sauce so that's a plus. Also, I would buy the Sweet Baby Rays barbeque sauce as well, it's great for a pizza. Now, go buy a big bag of the pre-cooked chicken breast, pre-cut. Also, get some graded cheese. Now, pre-heat the oven to 450. Put the barbeque sauce in a thin spread on a boboli. put a little cheese, and set it aside. Put some of the chicken in a pan and start to heat it. Not TOO much, just enough to kind of heat it. Add some lemon pepper and other spices if you feel inclined to. Before it gets to hot, add it to the pizza. (Yu'll probably have to cut it smaller, therefore you might not heat the oven till the chickens ready.) Put more cheese over the top. I like o add celantro for effect. Pop in the oven for about 15 min. Check often. Voila, a AWESOME barbeque pizza.
Some variations are good if you can make you own bread if you have a bread maker. It's healthier as well.
Ingrediants:
Boboli's Barbeque sauce Pre-cooked chicken breast slices Graded cheese lemon pepper
Good Luck!

I make this recipe all the time and kids love it. It's really good and the sweetness of the cereal really tastes good on the chicken.
Cap'n Crunch Chicken
4 chicken breasts (preferrably boneless and skinless)
4 cups Cap'n Crunch cereal (pulverized into a powder)
Eggs or milk (to make the cereal adhere to the chicken)
Make sure the chicken is defrosted. Preheat your over to 350 degrees. Put the powdered cereal into a bowl. Put the eggs or milk in another bowl. Dip the chicken in the egg or milk and then into the cereal powder. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in pan. Leave uncovered. Bake for about 45 minutes to an hour until chicken is cooked all the way through. Serve with whatever else you want.
Enjoy!

my kids loved this...
spagetti pie
12 servings
Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 pound spaghetti
salt, for pasta
12 eggs, lightly beaten
1 ½ cups grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, very finely minced
½ cup Italian parsley, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Equipment
9” x 12” baking dish, preferably glass€
Preparation
Lightly grease the inside of a 9” x 12” baking dish with the butter. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Prepare the spaghetti according to the package directions and undercook by 2 or 3 minutes. It should be very al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water. Set aside.
Beat the eggs lightly to combine. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, finely minced garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
[Chef’s Note: Be sure not to add too much salt as the cheese has plenty of salt already.]
Add the egg mixture to the spaghetti and mix until all the spaghetti is well blended with the eggs. Pour into the buttered baking dish and spread the spaghetti mixture evenly in the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes or until the eggs are completely set. Uncover the spaghetti pie and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, for another 5 minutes or until the mozzarella is melted and slightly browned. Remove from the oven and cool.
Service
Spaghetti pie is best served at room temperature. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If longer storage is required, it can be wrapped in plastic wrap and then in foil and placed in the freezer for up to a month. Thaw and bring back to room temperature before serving.
Variations
Spaghetti pie is one of those delightful recipes that can be creatively adapted to individual tastes. Feel free to add your own special ingredients such as pepperoni, prosciutto, maple ham, sun dried tomatoes, blanched vegetables or other types of grated cheese. You can also substitute whole wheat or spinach spaghetti, or even linguine or fettucine.

Little Chicken Burgers
this sounds good
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 lb ground chicken
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup minced Italian parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 to 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Place the bread crumbs in a small shallow dish. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Form the mixture into 16 patties, each flattened and about 2 inches in diameter.
Press the patties into the bread crumbs to coat each side. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and cook, turning once, until each side is browned and the patties have firmed up, about 10 minutes total. Serve hot
