The AVG Rescue Disk is a CD you may buy for extra bucks when you purchase AVG. They'll ship it to you. (I bought one.) That's the little booger to which they're referring. Meanwhile, restarting the system from a virus-free diskette involves a floppy on which you created (if you did, which many folks don't) an emergency bootable Windows...For THAT, you need to wander over to your friendly neighborhood computer tech shop for some help!

reboot your system, avg has detected the virus but it still running, and you have to reboot, better to safe mode, and scan again... just reboot your system and scan with avg...AVG works fine..

Take it to a Computer shop, they'll fix it for you.

Next time don't download so much junk off the internet.
