"how can I tell of a person who blasphemes over God's name?" I think I'm going to need some clarification.

Well I try to blaspheme all the time. But since I really don't believe in superstitious nonsense there is a lot of debate from your side as to rather it really counts.
Most people would say yes, but I have had two priests tell me that it doesn't. Go figure. I guess God should have made it a little more clear since he plans to torture you for eternity for it.

That is calling Gods Name disrespectfully. Also, calling Gods Word evil or calling any part of God evil. Including the power of the Holy Ghost healing people.
Jesus said that blasphemy of the Holy Ghost isn't forgiven. So? He said this to those who were accusing the Power of the Holy Spirit of being evil.
It is wrong to call what is good evil & what is evil good.

I can attempt to interpret this in two ways.
1) How can I tell off a person...
2) What can I tell a person...
Not knowing which you are asking I will instead answer with a question of my own.
What is God's name?

Hello, do poeple of a different faith look that different compared to you? There is no way to see if a person is a sinner against your god. You need to get past this hatred and forgive people and show love and peace like you christians claim to do.

"Of" or "off"?
Like if I say that the Holy Spirit is a lie, there is no God, and Yeshua might have existed but was not more than another in a long line of moshiach aspirants, do you want to berate me (which would be telling "off") or tell someone about me (which would be telling "of")?

God's name is YAHW (or something like that) If one calls him a moon-god's name or other, it is blasphemy. The God of Israel, of Abraham is not "allah." He declared that his name is I AM.

I usually say something like.. "why are you blaming God for your bad decisions" or "God didn't do it" Like if someone says.. GD because their pen breaks.. well God didn't break your pen so why "GD" him?
