I know a Greater Swiss mt dog is a dry mouth giant (at least 130+ male) breed..... I've seen that "american mastiffs" and "Leonbergers" are as well.

Do you know of any others?

torbey- That is *really* weird, you must have gotten a special one because very reputable sites like the greater swiss club of america, etc, etc all say that GSMD's dont drool........ but i believe you, you must have gotten an exception!!

An Irish Wolfhound is not actually dry mouthed but they don't have the pendulous lips and they don't tend to slobber like the Newf's and the Saints. There are actually dry mouth Saints but you would really have to search them out. Also, the Scottish Deerhound is dry mouthed.

I had a Swissy for several months and he was NOT dry mouthed. He came pretty close to my Newfs in the amount of drool he could put out. They tend, as a whole, to be less drooly than other breeds, but I would not really call them all dry mouthed.
I guess I have no idea what an "american" Mastiff is. There is your standard Mastiff, but they can be pretty drooly too.

Mastiffs are not dry mouthed. A friend of mine raises them.
He has posted everywhere:
