(I heard it's healthier homeade then buying one at McDonalds) Do you think this is healthy? And if so..do you have an recipie ideas? Please let me know. Thanks for your support!

Make this the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

Non-fat plain yogurt.
Add a little Splenda to take the sourness out of the yogurt.
Add some raw unsalted cashew nuts, and some dried unsweetened apricots.
Sprinkle in some porridge oats (oatmeal), use this to make the mixture as thick or as runny as you like.

Overnight the dried apricots take on moisture from the yogurt and rehydrate themselves, and the oats moisten up too.
It's a great breakfast on the go, very filling and good for you too.
Use enough oats and in the morning the mix will have the thick consistency of cake mix before it goes in the oven, that's the thickness I aim for personally.

It's a very good idea. The only drawback is that fruit, once cut, turns brown quickly. You should consider making an assortment of muffins to grab quickly. You can find good lowfat recipes. My mom has a recipe called pecan pie muffins, and they're amazing.

that sounds real good. i used to think about doing that, making the fruit and yogurt thingy...but i found it hard to find the granola in bulk, so i gave up on the idea. i love the ones from McDonald's though. give it a try...you now have me wanting to do that again.

That sounds yummy. I have thought about doing that myself. I havent been sure where to find crumbled granola though? I guess you can crush up bars.

You could spread peanutbutter or cream cheese on rice cakes.
