I used alleve, but actually the wal mart brand of it and works very well, take 2 two times a day and works pretty well. hope dr, gets the pinch out as he will probably want you to have therapy and sometimes works and other times not, so if not try a chiropractor and he will push the bones back in place and relief the pinch unless you have a disk problem ,but hopefully not, I used a dr. first and got no results and than a chiropractor and has done wonders. the way the chiropractor told me is the nerve is pinched because there is usually a bone out of place and it is pushing on the nerve and he pushes the bone back in place and takes pressure off it, it worked fine for me, better than the dr. did . good luck

doctors cannot remove your bones, your muscles cannot support your body. Ask your doctor for different pain medication to help with your problem.

I recommend you try chiropractic or acupuncture medicine because many people have found great pain relief as well as being able to function better with these alternative treatments. Please consider these.
