You can't drive it legally.
It won't pass inspection without plates ins. etc.
The dealer can move it with 'dealer` plates,
and if he looks it over at his shop and likes it
you can deal.
if he's a nice guy, he can even loan you a set
of plates to get it there and back.

Yes. You will need plates (registration) to get it to the dealer where you are trading it though and for inspection. Unless your inspection station checks insurance, they don't care if it is insured or not. The cop that may stop you while you are doing this traveling probably will care.

If the dealer will accept it as a trade, sure you can. Sometimes they have the "Trade in anything, push it in, pull it in, your boat, your ex...wait, no ex mates...." silliness going on.
You don't need to inspect it or do anything other than have it towed in, sign off on the title and pick out your new wheels.

Yes, as long as the car has some value to the dealership. You can trade it in as long as you have the title, but the dealership may not give you a lot if he needs to do the various inspections/repairs to make the car sellable. Or he may simply scrap it and give you a deal to purchase one of his cars off his lot.

I don't think you can inspect it without a registration. You should be able to trade in it without trouble except for getting it there.

Yes as long as you have the title like you do, you can trade it in to the dealer, if they accept trades.
-But-
You would be better off selling it private to get more money.

if its not insured or registered you must tow it.
If the dealership want to take it in trade, they can inspect it.
My advise, sell it privately for more $
