Adam and Eve are children of God, and they follow Him. Christian is a term that came about after Christ was born, they serve Christ and his father. So Christians, Adam and Eve all serve the same God. Adam and Eve are best classified as children and followers of the Lord.

They were non-existent.

There are many fun questions to ask about this myth:

Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons, because no female was involved in creating them?

What kind of clay did Adam come from? Did he include snails and puppy dog tails for boys, or better yet -- 65 million year old dinosaur fossils?

Did Adam lose a ribcage because of Eve's creation, or did she just kick it because Genesis relegated her to servant/companion status?

And so on...

This question humorously lead to the question of Adam and Eve having navels. Whether or not Adam and Eve had belly buttons rather heavily depends upon whether or not God used a placenta in creating them. Odds are He, She, or It did. So, once might then ask, quite reasonably, was God a pre-human primate?

Good question! According to some Christian denominations, Adam and Eve are burning in 'hell' since they were not 'christians'.

Organized religion has always been the scourge of the earth.
God is nothing like they want to portray Him.

I would say no, since Christ didn't come for thousands of years after Adam and Eve..... if they really existed, they were probably pagans, like their descendant Abraham, who worshiped a god he referred to as "El", who was the most powerful of the ancient pagan gods. This was long before Jehovah, Yahweh, or Allah were ever mentioned in any text anywhere.

Yes, they knew that death would come upon their posterity from the choice that they made to become mortal to mulitply and replenish the earth, and that the Savior of mankind would be among their seed. They had great faith in a forthcoming Savior, much more difficult than for us. They had faith in someone that was yet to live, not lived in the past, as we do.
