And who here believes that I'm not?

(p.s., the answer is: I'm not. I've been a member since I was eight-years-old, 1984 to be exact.)

For anyone that needs more clarification: I was actually born under the covenant. So, I've been a member my whole life, technically.

Gee, you are just a kid! You were born the year after I graduated from High School - grad in 1975! I was baptized in 1965 when I was 8.

Thanks for making me feel ancient! ;)

I don't know if you're posing or not, and honestly it doesn't matter to me. I like the way you think -- your questions and your answers. I'm United Methodist, but labels and categories don't mean much to me.

As an aside, I seriously dated a Mormon for about a year, back when you were probably 14 or so. Anyway, I've spent a lot of time in an LDS church (stake house), attending Sunday School and worship, so I probably know more about the LDS church than most non-Mormons.

Depends on what your definition of "is" is. I mean "pose". If posing means pretending to be something you're not than no. But I think on here, we pose as who we really are. It's the only way other people know. I pose on here as a Latter-day Saint, and I am one.

But anyway I believe that you are a confirmed member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

I believe your a member of the church. But I have to ask when were you truly converted to the Church? Every member and missionary i have ever talked to has always told me that there is a great moment when they truly believe and have total faith. When they stop going to church because that's what there family has always done and started going just for themselves and to share the love of the gospel that they have.

Real member. Also I suspect you are a Harry Potter fan, since your Avatar reminds me of Tonks' ability to change hair color to pink and purple.

Sheesh, I was 8 in 1984 :) now I don't feel all that old.... :D
I believe you are LDS, simply because I believe what you say.

Never thought otherwise, meaning I always believed you to be a member.
I am sixth generation, my kids are seventh and my grandchildren are eight generation LDS.
Wouldn't have it any other way.
