Tops and Bugler are the two I know of. Each can will yield about 1 carton of cigarettes if you follow directions. Last time I bought any it was about 7 bucks a can. I am guessing it is about 10 bucks a can now. It comes with papers already in the can. Having a hand roller is a good idea and that will cost you about another 7 dollars.

try some candy cigarettes, they gained't kill you.
