First of all that is not EXTREMELY overweight. Now what you can do is participate in school activities. That will be the fastest way to drop some pounds.

Im a guy 5'7' 170 pounds used to b 180 O.O though your not extreamely overweight. Though as said before if you dropped 10lbs of fat worked on toning muscle youll look good. I did drop to 160 but gained 10 back at; 160 it was from dieting i did not really look any different its because i still had fat but if i lost more fat and gain some more muscle it would have made a diff. Though if you diet and lose weight you ll gain it just as fast back because all you did was change your eating habbets and if you when back to normal eating you ll gain the 10 pounds back. All you need to do is gain muscle which burns the fat and keeps it off and just matain the muscle and you can eat the same and everything. unless its fried chicken every day then lol it wont work.

One..let me just say, don't get caught up in how much you weigh. Focus on living a healthy lifestyle. The habits that you start now will determine your quality of life later. Two...there is no perfect weight for anyone. If I weighed what they say I should I would look like a very deathly ill person. Bone structure, body type and how you feel physically are the determining factors. Let that be your judge. If you don't feel healthy, or like the way you look, start exercising. Get some muscle tone...and my advice...stay off the scales! I never weigh myself, get some measuring tape, it makes you feel better...

A female your height, with a medium frame, should be around 135 - 139 lbs.
Change your eating to a more healthy style and try to exercise regularly (shoot for at least 1 hr a day, at least 5 days a week).
The younger you get your weight under control, the better. It gets harder to lose as you age and your metabolism slows down, and other life issues get in the way.

I am the same height and weigh a little less, you are not extremely overweight but like myself you will feel happier and more energentic it you loose 10 pounds.

yup you are overweight, tho not extremely so, you would be rated as obese, not morbidly obese.
IF you get more active and eat more healthy foods, you will lose weight naturally as you mature.

sorry to day,hope u don't mind but u r over weight wich is not good for health.according to ur age and height ur weight should be in between 115lbs-125lbs.
stop eating junk food.go to gym or u can go on slim fast diet.
