I wish I was you, I would love to lose ten pounds in ten days. I have heard your not supposed to lose more than two pounds a week, but if your still eating healthy then don't worry about it you should be ok. I'm still jealous.

It's not bad - when you first start losing weight, it'll just slide off, especially if you've got, say, two or three stone going spare (that's not actually as much as it sounds!). Do not expect this weight loss to continue, because you will head for disappointment. If you are being healthy and not going mad at the gym or starving yourself, then your weight loss will even itself out and you will be successful with your targets. I think about 2lb a week is sorta the maximum weightloss to have healthily. Don't expect the pound a day to keep going - when you first start, a lot of water weight is shed. It does not necessarily mean it will stay off. Don't feel disillusioned if it starts to creep back on again - if you continue eating well and exercising, your muscle mass will increase, which will add to your weight, but reduce your level of fat.
Remember to keep hydrated and eat regularly. Oh, and treat yourself occasionally =)

When you first start to diet, you lose a lot of water. Although 10lbs is a lot of weight to lose. It should start slowing down now. A healthy weight loss is between 1lb/2lbs a week. Possibly, more depending on how many calories you are having and how much exercise you are doing. Be careful not to lose it too quickly. Otherwise it will creep back on fast again once you have stopped dieting and you will be back to square one again.

No its not. What you are loosing is called Water Weight. since 70% of you body is water, by working out @ sweating you are burning off that weight. One problem though.. Once you drink water, you get it all back (sux doesnt it)
Keep working out, if weightloss continues for another week or 2 then talk to a doctor b/c that is unhealthy.

Depends on how overweight you were to start. Much of the 10 pounds could be retained fluid you have sweated off.

What Andrea said: I'm guessing a lot of that weight you lost is water.
Drink more water, and keep working out.
Good luck!
