generally when you start working out you will be hungrier because of the extra energy you are using. SO many people tend to eat more after a workout. if you eat more junk your exercise will not be very effective. but if you don't eat more then the exercise will help a little but not as much as it would if you cut out all of the bad eating habits. maybe you could start slowly and just not eat fast food or junk food one day a week. try that for two months and see how you feel. if it's doable maybe try it two days a week. like monday and thursday or something.
good luck!

You need a combination of three things

1. Cardio - which you can get from jogging or aerobics or cycling. It works on your lean muscles.

2. Light weights - may be twice or thrice a week which will help tone up your muscles and you look lot firmer

3. Controlled diet which means cutting down on fast food and fattening food. Dont give them up completely, cravings might prove to be counter productive.....just have them in moderation.

If you decide to stick to your old diet and just add even an hour's jogging to it every day ,you will still lose weight, but at a slow pace.

As about your butt, there are wonderful exercises, squats, leg raises, inverted leg raises to firm them up. Get in touch with a good trainer, or else, get yourself a instructional DVD. Even pilates is an excellent way to tone up your thighs and butt.

Happy toning up

Yes but the extent of your results will be limited, you might only maintain your weight or simply put it on more slowly if you don't burn enough while jogging...or you may still be able to reduce your weight...It will depend on your body and metabolism. My friend is fit and she goes to the gym once a week and still eats whatever!

more than like no. change one thing a day. to loose one pound you would have to burn about 3500 calories. and that is about 3 hours of jogging. limit your fatty foods. dont eat them everyday. but once a week should help. not all diets are chicken either. but a good diet is lots of fresh fruits and veggies. it is hard but you can do it.

you will start to see your muscles tone up a bit. if you don't change your eating habits you won't lose weight... i think the standard is.. if you work out 3X a week for a least 20min. you will maintain your current weight. more than that and you will lose weight. there is no guarantee that you won't lose your butt though. that is genetics... sorry.
