i keep getting panic attacks, reall nervous, too many people help!!!!

what do u mean? just calm down. u r claustrophobic. just take some deep breathes. u'll be fine

I used to get those all the time when I was in school. If you feel one coming on, go somewhere you can be alone like a stall in a restroom, sit down, and take deep even breaths in and out. It also helps to repeat a word like "calm" to yourself over and over. Also, try clenching your fists and releasing them over and over. This will instantly make you feel more at ease for some reason. If you keep having these attacks, see a doctor. They might have to put you on an anti-anxiety med like Paxil.

Hey Faliica!! Please go seek help about this. I see you on here all the time asking q's about anxiety. Why keep living this way? Go seek help please!! You'll feel much better. Maybe even a med. I know you got freaked out the last time you took them, but that's normal until you get used to it. Take care!

calm down and go to your happy place
within your mind =p

go to the bathroom..... breathe in your nose and out your mouth..... think about what makes you truely happy and carry that with you back to class.
