I always try to do the right thing and keep God in my heart and mind as much as possible (I often fail). What else can I do to really know Him?

If you really know God as you say, what have you discovered in the way of empirical evidence that you could share with the rest of us?

Many people have religion not relationship...see I KNOW there is a God because I have a personal relationship with the almighty as do many believers. However, people have become so involved in religion and traditions that there is no actual relationship with God...So what I advice for you is to seek God with your whole heart. Read the Bible attend a Church...yes all those things are beautiful but the most important thing you have to do is pray and develop a relationship with the Lord.
Also to the many non believers...God is hope because if I am wrong and there is no God my fate is no different from yours and I lived a generally happy life with hope....However if I am right I get to spend eternity with the boss. So really I have nothing to lose believing in God. A lot of you people who fight soooo hard to disprove God till this day have not done so. AND YES I AM AWARE OF WHAT RELIGION HAS DONE...IT HAS CAUSED WARS POINTLESS WAR INSANE LEADERS WHO KILLED IN THE NAME OF THE LORD...that is what happens when people have religion and not God...

Focus ALL the awareness onto the breath. When you become full focused all thoughts stop, even for a fleeting second. This IS the natural state of Being. God is Being in you and until you become still you "think" you are separate from God. BE STILL and KNOW I AM GOD. Life in you is part of God yet the story of the life keeps us involved in mundane existence. Silence is where you will find all that you seek.

The best way to truely know God is in His word. This is were he reveals himself. The Spirit will lead you to a deeper understanding and closer walk. Through reading and prayer which is communication (this also includes meditation on what you read) will give you the closenes you require.

Im no longer so valuable that the 2nd comming will ensue in this date.yet i understand from each and all the chaos interior the international,or maybe my desires.That the top is close to,and we could consistently all attempt and get closer to god and be solid human beings.

Remember him in every actions. You may fail. Again remember him.
Apart from this practice watch your mind and it activities.
Once you come to understand the absurdadity of your mind, he will reveal himself to you.

study him. Read about the Bible Code, read the Bible, open your mind and I say a prayer and thank God for the day every night before I go to sleep.
