Its not bad to cry. Sometimes life just gets too much and you need a little release. Have a good cry, hot bath or shower and sleep. Hope you feel better and remember your a women, you can handle and are much stronger than you feel. Its a small speed bump to a smooth road.

I have those days all the time lol. It's so true, put on a sad movie and just let it out! Sorry you're having one of those days. It's a Chemical Imbalance, when you have lack of sleep and are stressed, your body's hormones get out of whack. Crying, screaming into a pillow, punching a pillow, talking about what you're stressed about, will help you let the stress out, get some sleep and you should feel better. If you don't. then see your Dr. and see what he/she says.

We all have days like this. Some have them more than others. Take control of this and pray Psalms 23 and just remain still afterwards....

Then go with it put on a sad movie or music and just have yourself a good cry.. It really does work wonders.. good luck and be well.
