I had forgotten that wonderful piece of spirituality. Do people really believe that any Deity that could create the universe and by the way created animals that demonstrate a plethora of sexual practices (swapping, polygamy, you name it) would really care about how you have sex with your spouse?

I would say it depends on one's own beliefs. I know in the catholic church any sex act that is not procreative is considered a sin. I've never really heard it discussed among the baptist side of the family, so couldn't tell you what they believe. Personally if one's wife is willing, then one and one's wife may do whatever they please.

I still don't understand why Christians abide by the old testament. The old testament is the Jewish Torah and has nothing at all to do with contemporary Christianity.

Leviticus is the most boneheaded of the books of the bible. Why even BOTHER following it? Oh, that's right. You're really, really, really ,really religious.

No. Are you saying that a man can't exercise control for 7 days?

Dude, honestly, that is what I have told my wife to escape the "marital duties" during that time of the month. If that's your thing, freakin' have at it. I am rather glad for that rule, even though I am not compelled to follow it...

That is a Levitical law which Christians are not bound by.
As for the second part of your question, you must be careful not to pervert the sexual act from its intended purpose in marriage
