I was in the middle of a shoulder stand when someone kept on knocking at the door. I stopped to talk with the person knocking.

After which, I was trying to do the shoulder stand again but I just couldn't do it.

if you don't want to be interrupted during your yoga workout, put a sign on your door, like " do not disturb between such and such times " or " doing my yoga, can't answer the door"

most people will respect this, and for those who don't, just don't answer the door until you have completed the current move.

Hm. Personally, I get rather annoyed when I'm interrupted in the middle of my routine, so I think I wouldn't have answered the door.

Maybe, in the future, put a note on the door asking people to come back later, unless it's an emergency?

Try doing yoga in the middle of the night instead.
