Drink plenty of water, this will help fill you and suppress your appetite somewhat. Also eating a banana, dry nuts, low-fat peanut butter, peanut butter & jelly sandwich, dried fruit. However, you would do best to try and eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day to help keep you satisfied and help speed up your metabolism in order to burn calories and fat without sacrificing your hunger pangs.
