Fines do NOT vary much from place to place in California. There is a statewide schedule for traffic offenses, and your fine will be within a few dollars of that. The scheduled fine, including assessments, for VC 22102 is $146. If you are eligibile for traffic school you will still have to pay the fine, and a traffic school fee, but it will keep it off your record for DMV and insurance purposes.

Wait until you get the courtesy notice in the mail (about 3 weeks). I got a speeding ticket (18 over the limit) a few weeks ago, and after paying the ticket and the traffic school administrative fee to the court, it was $322, plus another $15 to the traffic school. Good luck.
