It depends. It depends on the night club, it depends on the people you are looking to meet. I have met a few good people at clubs, but I have also met some real creepers. I guess you need to find the motivation of the person. If they are there to have a good time, dance, drink, etc then sure- they could be a great person to meet. If they are there to drink & hook up- well think twice!

Good luck!

That depends on what you want. A club is a good place to find someone who is physically attractive for a one night stand... if you are also physically attractive. A bar is a good place to get to know someone for friendship or even a long term relationship because you will be able to talk and be heard.

Bear in mind though, you can find love anywhere, you just need to have the confidence to approach people and intiate a relaxed conversation.

If you're looking for a quick hook-up with a drunk.....yes! There are exceptions of course but I don't know many lasting relationships that have come from meeting in a club

It's a good way to network and meet people to hang out with, but not if you're looking to find a girl/boyfriend.

It depends on the individual. Some people prefer to meet in gyms, work, anywhere really.

Not for me. I'm half deaf in one ear (with no known cause or remedy, I'm not kidding, my consultant is completely baffled) so I can't hear anyone and because I'm so quiet no one can hear me, so conversation is lousy with me screaming 'what'? or 'can you repeat that'? all night long.
Most of the new people I've met are from courses, work, bus stops and buses themselves.
