3 nights ago i had a strange dream that i had a beloved pet badger. a very long dream. the next night i dreampt about the badger again, only it wasn't my pet, but someone else's and i was somewhat upset over that. then last night i had a dream, and in it, i looked outside my bedroom window and saw the green man, only he was a scary demon faced green man - very scary and my hubby couldn't see him. my hubby woke me up screaming.

yesterday in my office, i lovely bat flew in and landed on the wall in front of me in the middle of the afternoon. i managed to safely take him back outside. this morning, a spider came down from my ceiling on his web and sat beside me in mid air, and at the same time, there was suddenly a giant black cricket on the floor chirping at me.

are these signs from the gods? what do they mean?

I'm not sure what god/gods you worship, but it sounds as if the god of the plant world, The Green Man, is saying adios (Spanish pun intended) and the God of the animal kingdom, Cernunnos, is courting you. Have you recently felt pulled towards helping animals or a career involving animals? It could be a new path awaiting you.

It's either that, or you have a very serious pest control issue!

I'll probably get some thumbs down ! A poet wrote about The Hound of Heaven, i.e. God chasing the person trying to get her/ his attention and allegiance. It appears, He's been doing the same with you, in fact, "He has been badgering you"; then dream says He's figuring it to be a lost cause and is going to (or has) let you go - to your choices.

No more badger ! Outside the window 'things as they really are: Scary demonic stuff.

In this 3rd dimension: the bat, a night creature, strongly linked with vampirism - comes to visit. A spider, also strongly linked to the underworld - comes to visit. The cricket: hmmm, don't know, other than there's a superstition that it's bad luck to kill one in your house.

A group of 3's...3 nites ago. 3 types of badgers, 3 types of your ours messages. 3 is the number of incompletion; 4 is completion. A 3 and 4 make up 7 - the quintessential number of God. The casino's like to mock the 7 with dice, slot machines and so on.

I hope you meditate on this. Obviously, me being a Christian, my bias is: that you are on the wrong path.

well, i dreamed i was going to die for sure in 6 weeks time, starting precisely 3 weeks ago!!..
- i don't believe it's going to happen; it's more like.. rebirth, a clean new start.
(( i should know....! - i was 16 the other time that i had a similar dream..., i was with a boy at a stone altar, in front of it, and we were dressed like for getting married, and that was to happen shortly only.. i woke up! yes, i knew the boy; yes, i had strong feelings for him at that time.. ------ so there you have it!, just another 'story' to prove that some dreams are actually hidden desires.... They won't kill you, if 'taken' with moderation.
- also, to be accurate, there was a bad curse involved a while after/before?? - sorry, feels like a zillion years ago--
(bad - as in strong, very destructive)

..abt those things... in your dream...(animals.., insects..?) -- when did you last feed that iguana of yours?! - maybe she's just screaming for ..fooooodddd! and you can hear her only when you sleep..
- the bat is a good sign (that's my hunch)

Hmmm. It may be a sign, but in my experience when the gods want you to know, they make it pretty clear.

It does sound like you're having some personal conflicts with your environment.... could it be this weird blasted weather?

The bat, the spider and the cricket probably came to get cool. Over 30 degrees and it's beyond what their natural niche capacity is.

BTW: In my house, the bat, cricket and spider would be toast. We've got 5 (five!) cats, one of which is feral and just decided he was a member of our family. He walks in the door 2-3 times a day to eat and use the litter then goes outside again. Between him and the expert hunters I moved in with, nothing smaller than a large parakeet can live....and those live in a cat-free room.

Interesting.

My interpretation is that you need to get back to nature. The badger was upset because you left him. The green man is ugly, possibly because you are afraid of him? I don't know about that. But could the animals following you be trying to tell you that you should take some time off for nature?

Spider: you need to do some creative writing.

Badger: you should work on getting organized

Bat: Transformation

Greenman: you should try to be more in harmony with nature

Cricket: More transformation - be open to the blessings around you and make the changes necessary to obtain them

Of course, this could all just be hooey, but one never knows! ;-)

Edit: a 5' long iguana?! Cool. (You can put temporary tatoos on iguanas... they look cool for pictures. :-)

Eh, could be from gods, personally I think its your aura that attracts such creatures.

But I ain't a wiccan/witch/magical type so I might be wrong.

Don't really know of any gods that use those as signs though..mabye independently but thats a wide varirity of creatures ya got there-they arn't related to each other.

i am totally not kidding when i tell you i dreamed about a badger/ferret or some kind of animal like that Monday or Tuesday nite; but it was like hissing and showing it's teeth at me....i don't think it's a sign from your gods, though. just a lot of coincidences....

Well it sound like animals are drawn to you are you a vet are any animals in need of help by you??? If animals that scare most people come to you and you are not scared of them that is a blessing in it's self. Maybe GOD wants you to take a bigger part in mother nature???
