Can you be a Christian and a feminist? NO. The Bible is clear on this.

"But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God." (I Corinthians 11:3)

"For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man." (I Corinthians 11:8-9)

This is true. God has an order, and he made the man the head. Now if Satan will rebel and teach people to rebel, how can he rebel against man being the head?

To teach women to say, "no man is my head". That's the nature of rebellion. Do the opposite of what the authority says.

Feminism is stupid anyway. The Rockefeller cult started it, to get women into the workplace so they'd pay more taxes; to take away their children to put them in propaganda filled public schools; and to sterilize some women that would put work ahead of having any children at all (in line with the Rockefeller eugenics plan).

Boy have you got issues!! and taking verses out of context again....no cookie for you...

Sweetie...I bake, sew, clean the house, change the oil, run a skill saw, and hammer the nail, chop wood.... wearing a dress but prefer jeans cause bird legs get cold.....my husband does the same thing but without the dress.....he does the heavy stuff but my small hands are very handy in an engine compartment....

So I don't think you know what you are talking about regarding a feminist......

It is true.

The curse of women from the garden was that she would no longer be satisfied to fulfill her godly role as help-meet to man. 'Your desire shall be to your husband' did not mean she would desire him, as the modern definition may infer. What it means is that she would have a desire to rule over him.

Feminism is a testament to how far along we are on the time-line. Women and children rule over men to the point that you can hardly find a true man in this day and age. Men have become so effeminate, that you can hardly tell the difference between the sexes. Similar hair styles, similar cloth styles, similar opinions, similar jewelry and on and on.

Satan has done a very good job...through women....to further the degradation of the patriarchal system God initiated. Both men and women have been fooled and manipulated to think we are equal when we are not. Only an idiot could think there is no difference between the sexes, and only idiotic people will continue to push this satanic feminist gospel of doom.

The result of such are all around you, yet most harden their hearts to these results. Broken families, broken lives, and broken spirits are the fruit of this feminist society. The result will be destruction, just as history witnesses.

Never mind that, my favorite show is on. (sarcasm implied)

If your spirit is stirred and you are unsure of what someone is telling you you should pray ....we are told to search the scriptures, test the spirits (against the word of God) and we are also advised....“If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him" If I am unsure if someone is being truthful (especially in matters of faith, and the teaching of scripture) then I certainly need wisdom and the only way I know to ask God, is to pray. It is a beautiful thing that we can go to God with any and all questions. I would caution you not to allow what you know about the person color your answer from God.

ok "christian" how about a little balance

"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it" Ephesians 5:25

"So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church " Ephesians 5:28,29

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." Galatians 3:28

Sorry to destroy your dreams, I'm a man (oh , sounds cool for a 17yr-old!), and I understand what you read, but not what you mean. just as i don't understand what u really mean by feminist: sounds to me like you hate women or something. But if you intend feminist in the way it is in the dictionary (a view that women are superior than men), cool, i understand: women aren't superior, in the same way that men aren't for fun! we need each other: why do you think God created woman in the first place? That's cuz Adam NEEDED Eve. they're reciprocal (fitting the way God made Eve, out of Adam: don't read with the thought in mind "FINALLY THE PROOF THAT MEN ARE BETTER" cuz we're on the same level: we're counterparts). To make a toy car work we need 2 batteries: without one, the other one can't make it alone. Obviously, i'm not saying singles are condemned (infact, not even Jesus married, not even the apostles). What i'm saying is READ THE CONTEXT before judging: The second scripture for example was referring to head covering: read from verse 7: For a man ought not to have his head covered, as he is God’s image and glory; but the woman is man’s glory. 8 For man is not out of woman, but woman out of man; 9 and, what is more, man was not created for the sake of the woman, but woman for the sake of the man. 10 That is why the woman ought to have a sign of authority upon her head because of the angels.
U see? you too even wrote, THE WOMAN FOR THE MAN, the woman's for us, we NEED a woman in our lives (just like we need a mother, a friend, a wife, a girlfriend.). What about the first one then? Well, a woman shouldn't feel superior than a man because her head is the man IN MARRIAGE (this scripture is related to Ephesians 5:23 , which says "because a husband is head of his wife as the Christ also is head of the congregation, he being a savior of [this] body.". Man too shouldn't feel superior, cuz they have a "boss" too, Christ, just as Christ doesn't feel superior, because he Has God. Now, have you ever heard of Jesus putting others down, just because he's their head? No, not even when the apostles were repeatedly trying to get him angry (by asking who was superior among them). In such a way, man is the HEAD, but a LOVING HEAD of the woman, of HIS woman, not of every woman,; furthermore, the woman MUST have respect for a LOVING HEAD (if you're in a job whose boss is so funny and caring to you, wouldn't that make your work easier and more enjoyable?). That's it for now. So MAN -WOMAN: 1-1, no one wins actually, that's how it is!

We are Spirit having a human experience not a human trying to have a spiritual experience. Spirit has no sex. Male and Female are only describing the body and it's relationship with the mind projecting through it. These scriptures describe people lost in body identification and mans way of explaining the illusions of sexual tension. Notice also you are quoting Paul who was a man - of course he would speak from male perspective. Mary may have taught differently!

::reads, read again, reads a third time:: You know, even with those two lines, you've got to go through some pretty intense mental acrobatics to make it to the conclusion that women aren't equal to men.

::sighs:: That's why I like my gods, anyone who tries to claim women are inferior gets to have a little chat with the Battle-Raven. She tends to correct their views... if they survive.
