Considering that we don't know what Jesus looked like, it's kind of pointless to ask something like this.
Nevertheless:
It was a common practice to have beards back during that time. So, I don't think that we would be wrong to think that Jesus probably DID have a beard.

In the old days, shaving beards and hair indicates sadness. In those days , for the Jews , not shaving them indicates sadness. So, it is a matter of customes in different ages.

1) They didn't have razors back then.
2) He was a Nazarite. Therefore, he took the Nazarite vow, which means that he wouldn't eat certain things or do certain things. This included cutting his hair or beard.

He had gone beyond identification with the body.Vain people "think" they are a body so they are caught in ideas of how the body should be presented to other bodies. When you are not identified with the flesh, it can be in it's natural state and so can you!
