Toyota 4 runner is a good one
get a good all around tire ( spelled correctly in the USA you corrected some one and said it was spelled tyre what language spells it that way?? )
if you are looking for a car 4 w d try a Subaru

I have a Jimmy that does well in the snow. It also can go off-road to an extent for camping & such.
Any SUV would work for that.

Subaru Outback. All Subaru's have all wheel drive though, so whichever model you like should work well.
