....would an all-powerful, all-knowing, eternal god go to the trouble of making flawed humans, living on an irregular planet in an volatile, chaotic universe, surrounded by flawed creatures which require evolution in order to survive an always-changing and often hostile environment?

He didn't make anything flawed....

Our sin is what caused this world to begin dying. He gave us free will in the garden.....and we screwed it up.....

God is perfect.....and does NOT make errors

Great question, innit? If people would stop for a minute to examine the utter chaotic craziness of the universe, this would probably start to dawn on them.

Believing in a creator made sense when people didn't understand much about science and they thought the Earth was at the center of the universe. But now we know better. The Earth isn't even at the center of its own galaxy. We're just one of billions of planets, orbiting one of billions of suns, in one of billions of galaxies. Totally random. No special placement in the universe. To continue to posit a creator that gave special attention to our little grain of sand no longer makes any kind of logical sense.

God created humans not be perfect so they would rely on Him. He did creat a place of perfection for them to live, but had to put them in an inperfect place for them to come to realize the cost of disobedience. God then gave man a choice to continue to live without Him or to live with Him. Choosing to live with Him and being obedient meant life and choosing to do the opposite meant hell and life without Him.

I am sick and I think I will be to the day I die.
Like the thorn in Pauls side as described in the bible, God lets us suffer because it keeps us humble and dependant on him.
When Jesus was in the desert for forty days and nights it was because it is described as a place without sex.

da reason ive allways thought was beacause He wanted 2 test us & see if over all the hardships we may go through and all the pain and giving into temptations...would we still choose Him.
Plus I also believed that He made it hard cause you kno wat dey allways say; you gotta work hard to get something good or somethin you want...or something lik dat. And the something good God has for us is Heaven & an eternal wonderful life with Him.
Hope dat answered your question. =)

It's called His plan. You'll have the opportunity to ask that very question during your moment before Him on your day of judgement.

Indeed why. And why would he/she/it be remotely interested in such insignificant things anyway?
There is no good reason or any evidence to support the belief that any gods even exist.

Imperfection gives us our emotions. Without it we'd all be robots. We grow and adapt which allows us to become better at whatever we want. There are no limits.
