I do a lot of interviews and I know what I look for when I interview

Someone who has done research on the company.

Someone who understands the role

Honesty

Be prepared to be asked what weaknesses you may have as well as strengths, try to think of something which isn't going to be a problem for the type of role.

Smile

Try to relax, this is your chance to find out if the job and company suit you as well as their chance to find out about you.

Prepare a few questions to ask at the end.

Hope you get the job!

Do not tell a story unless they ask you for specific examples. Talk about your degree and work experience and what specific points of your experiences would add special value e.g. I worked 3 after school jobs in college therefore, I am hard-working and a good multi tasker

Unless you have a great example, stick to a list of qualities. Be sure you completely understand the job description though. "Determining to succeed" isn't always a good thing.

Answer the question directly. Tell what are your qualities: education, training, experience.

initially keep is brief so you can say I have experience in this area/ good communication skills.
If the interviewer wants more detail, they will then ask for an example.
