If you are using Windows XP, you have a built-in disk cleaner. Click on Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools and Disk Cleanup. Let it run, then remove everything it finds. It will close when it's through and your hard drive will thank you!

It does take a little while but click start, select all programs>accessories>system tools and select disk cleanup and let it do it's thing. What it does is clean old files from the HDD and frees up disk space,it gets rid of the clutter.Maybe there is a quicker way that someone else may know of,so I will watch and maybe find out too.Regards,G.

You do not have to delete each file one by one through the INternet Explorer browser, you can press, "Crtl" and "A" at the same time and delete all the files at a moment, if you are not able to do so, I suggest you to repair the Internet Explorer browser on your computer. Secondly you can visit the website and instal the software to delete both temp files and temp objects at the moment. Visit http://download.com
