The doctors found a big lump(tumor) in her ovary... The doctors immediately sent my mom in the operating room for an operation to remove the tumor... Actually, it was alot bigger than my head... According to the doctor, the said cysts contains fluids... what could that thing be?

i hope it is just a simple cyst, which can be fluid filled and are fairly common, though not at that size.
i assume they will send it for histopathology and find out if there is anything sinister attached

cysts on the ovaries can be very large. and usually nothing to worry about but the doctor will check it our very carefully and let you know if she needs to have more surgery. some cysts go away with medication like i had but mine was much smaller and caught it right away.

Most proly it is a benign cyst of the ovary, but it needs histopathological examination.

lots of different varieties of cyst possibilities, a path examination is always in order when something is removed from the body. I would think the imperative nature of the surgery would be due to its size and its attachments/blood source, how quickly it grew, etc. Hopefully it will be benign. good luck to your mother.
