Target, Walmart, or pretty much any other store that sells things. At the very least, you could just search for it yourself. You would be amazed at what you can find by simply doing a search on yahoo or google.

Maybe try finding a nice inexpensive silver frame I know that KOHL'S sells them and have it engraved at THINGS REMEMBERED.. It would be more personal and thoughtful than just a store-bought frame.

Well there are many stores where they should have it.
Technically i don't know if they do but try this:

5-Target
6-K-Mart
If you can't find it anywhere else try EBay{ you'll Definitely find it there!
