according to the religious organisations. We were not put here by a God to live our short lives and then die and go to heaven or hell, what would be the point. Heaven and Hell are metaphors for Mans struggle of conscience! end of! the religious bureaucrats teach this metaphor as truth, thus subjugating the conscience mind of the weak, it is all about power and greed!

This world is worser than hell now. It was heaven once upon a time we have made hell. We lost all our virtues and values. We can think of heaven only if we think of changing ourselves by inculcating values and virtues in our life. Now this earth is hell. we are waiting in hell to go to heaven.

Nope. I'm having the time of my life here on earth before I go to heaven and do it again for all eternity. Life is what you make it and following God makes it a lot easier.

You might be. As I don't believe in your "heaven or hell", I am not waiting to go there.
Instead of waiting to go somewhere, just make the best of what you got. You don't know when it will end!

That would mean that there is no real purpose for the earth, if that were the case, but the Bible tells us in (Isaiah45:18) what the purpose for the earth was and is.

I believe we're here to bring glory to God, in our actions and our deeds. Heaven/Hell is what's next.

Either that, or to become worm food. Or perhaps even to be reincarnated, or absorbed into the cosmos.
Personally, I believe it's the most former, rather than any of the latter. But we won't know until we die, right?

We are here to learn the lessons given to us by God, to make us more like Christ and to live toward the life eternal. If you are not living for that or like that, maybe you should change your outlook?
