First question is how old do you need to be to drive a 125cc? If your cousin is offering, then why not take the bike and store it until you can legally ride it

If you did manage to get an insurance certificate than it would probably be invalid.

To get insurance you would need to lie about your licence and age on the insurance form.

This would be a false declaration and render your insurance void.

You might also face criminal charges of for no licence and no insurance. A deliberate false insurance application might be interpreted as Deception which could even put you in prison for a while.

All this means you would be off the road (and off a bike) for quite a while.

Store the bike and bide your time.

I can think of three problems. Lie to an insurance company. two get your licence suspended. And because your to loung for 125cc you have to wait another year. #3 pay $300.00 in traffic tickets. And even make insurance companys not talk to you. Just cool off and learn on a small bike the traffic rules then graduate in ( ? ) months. And I know at that time you will want a 250cc or 400cc Ninja

Sorry, you may not journey a 125cc till you're 17. basically, you need to restrict a 125cc to a 50cc..yet purely in terms of potential output (BHP). For learner riders nonetheless, they count huge style engine length aswell and the utmost engine length you're allowed to journey at sixteen is 50cc. you may not restrict engine length. To be truthful, in case you restrict a 13BHP 125cc to 5BHP it is going to be very adverse and you will maximum probable be slower then a 50cc.

If you're not allowed to ride it why the hell would you want to insure it?

Maybe you prefer 125 cm^3 engines but you're not allowed to ride them for a damn good reason.

A person who commits motor vehicle insurance fraud can be charged with a felony just in case you wanted to know.
