Does anyone have a good simple recipe to make beer yourself? Preferably with as little ingredients as possible.

Your best bet is to get a home brewing kit, that way you'll have all the equipment, directions, and ingredients you need.

Do an online search for "homebrewing kits."

If you have a local homebrewing store, go there. They will be glad to help you get started.

As for the actual ingredients,

Malt syrup
Hops
Brewer's yeast -- don't use bread yeast
Water -- if your on municiple water, buy bottled spring water.

www.howtobrew.com is the best guide i know of, and beertools.com has a good recipe library imo dont skimp on ingredients, for a couple bucks more you can make a much better beer that doesnt taste watered down. and dont start doing it because of the cost, because its time consuming and will only save you a few bucks. the equivlent of a 24 can case of good homebrew would probably cost $12-15 to make, a case of bud is like $15 on sale and something higher quality like a micro brew or sam adams or something is probably $25 so it wont save you tons of money and takes several hours to make a batch (it will cost you more if you invest in it and then quit right away) do it because youre interested in expermenting and making beer exactly to your liking

Go to www.samadams.com they show you a very simple technique for brewing a basic ale. It is easy to watch and they also go over a lot of the equipment suggested.
