No, "no one wil sleep" would be "Nessun dormirà" (future tense). Nessun dorma means "May no one sleep" (I'm italian, so I know), it's meant to be an invitation, not a future statement .maybe because the director wanted no one to sleep during his show (if you're referring to the "Nessun dorma" drama!)

you need to read the story to understand what 'nessun dorma' means in the opera turandot (it is at the link already given).
'no-one shall sleep' is by far the most natural translation into english, since 'shall' conveys both a present and a future imperative (which is what the italian subjunctive was doing in the original).
'nessun dormira' would be 'no-one is going to sleep', but as i say you need to read the story.

Nessun = no-one and Dorma is the 3rd. person singular present subjunctive. The construction "Nessun dorma" means "Let no-one sleep."

It means "no one must sleep". The translation is not literal because I think it's better to use "must" in English."dorma" is a subjonctive verb, sometimes used in Italian to give orders.

It means: Nobody can (or should) sleep.
In the opera Turandot the prince has to solve a riddle to marry the princess, but if he doesn't he'll be executed. That's why he cannot sleep and nobody can.
