Actually I have read in my health magazine that if you drink a full glass of water before eating this helps you from over eating and also to eat a salad before dinner or lunch to help keep you from overeating...I have done this at it actually works...sometimes I don't eat anything else until a snack later which is my fresh fruit or veggies.

It's better to eat 5 small meals a day, instead of just 3. Of course, the total intake of calories or carbs, depending on what you're counting, doesn't go up, you just split it into smaller quantities and eat them more frequently during the day.

If that's not practical, try changing the things you snack on to healthy stuff like fresh fruit and raw vegetables.

Eat low-fat quark with a little milk to get it creamier and a little sugar or fruits cut into it for taste.

It's got very little calories, LOTS of proteine, tastes great and I promise you, you can eat as much as you want of it, you'll lose weight.
