Not any more.

This question is disgusting even in hypothesis.

For the sake of all 7-year-olds, one can only hope that you are not seriously considering this.

No, you cannot marry a 7 year old in Kansas or Colorado. There is no provision in the law that allows for a parent to marry a child of that age away. You aren't that sick f*ck baby raping Mohammad and I'm guaranteeing that her name isn't Aisha and this isn't 800 years ago. That pedophile only got away with it because he was a madman.

IF you attempt to marry a 7 year old, you are likely to be committing federal as well as state felonies in the jurisdiction you take her to, not to mention transporting her across state lines. This is all assuming you'd try to consumate the marriage, which is the only reason why a sick f*cking pervert would be interested in a 7 year old anyway. Go back to whatever country you came from.

Not in Kansas don't know about Colorado. Currently there is a flaw in an Arkansas law that would allow anyone of any age to marry with parental consent. I believe they fixed the law though.

If you're over 18 then I think not because shes a 7, but like 14 or 15 and up and you have to have parental consent.

You should absolutely marry the seven-year-old girl. I'm certain you both have much in common.
Same grade, same mentality. Why not? Those 7 year olds really know how to cook too. Baloney Fettucini in the Easy-Bake Oven, and they are really excellent at doing the Barbie Tea-Parties in the tree-house.
Go for it, man. Prison isn't really a big thing, and eventually you two can be all happy appearing on Oprah Winfrey, and Dateline, NBC. There's good money in being controversial, and perverted.
I enjoyed responding to this foolish question. Thanks.

NO. It is illegal! Kansas didn't have a law, but they do now and it is 15.

What 15 year old should be allowed to get married? They should arrest the parents! They are NOT parents as far as I am concerned!

No. constantly very almost the primary age of concent decrease than previous English hardship-unfastened regulation replaced into 12. In Colorodo (and maximum different states) it is been raised to 18 w/o parental or judicial consent. Age 15 with consent.

They probably have a statute against this kind of thing. If there is a statute, then they don't go by common law on that one. At common law, a woman had to prove that she fought bacl if she were raped, now there's a statute and all a woman has to do is say no.
