Someone I knew asked me today about her daughter's problem, which I found very unusual. She has a 3 year old girl, actve happy and healthy. This morning the girl suddenly had a blank look in her eyes and did not answer her parents asking her whats wrong....she coughed once and looked very weak ,and she was like unaware of her surroundings...few minutes later she fell asleep. When she wakes up,she was back to normal. Her mom told me this is the 2nd time. The kid was not hungry, not tired,no convulsion...nothing.Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong here? thank you.

That sounds like a petit mal seizure; the child should be checked by a doctor as soon as possible. A petit mal seizure is very much what you describe, as opposed to a "grand mal" seizure, which generally includes convulsions and similar uncoordinated movments, as well as loss of bladder control. The fact that she falls asleep after this (post-dictal) also makes me think it's a seizure.

What began this? have you ever tried asking if he had a foul dream or something? If he refuses to assist you to pass everywhere, attempt giving him a "magical blanket" or something of that variety that enables you to especially be close to him even once you're in a distinctive area of the domicile. in case you do no longer understand what I propose, tell him a lavish tale approximately how an merchandise (colorations, t-shirt, blanket, filled animal) is magical and every time he needs you close to him, all he has to do is carry onto the article and which ability you would be precise there to guard him.

This kind of seizure is very common in toddlers-she needs to see a doc ASAP.

No, you should advise them to see the doctor.
Could have been a small seizure, they don't all involve convulsion.
