This pains started when i ran after my son who missed his steps and almost fell off the stairs. I've been to the hospital several times and it wouldn't go. Presently, whenever I walk a short distance, no matter how short, it will be hell for me. Please what should I do.

poor moms !! pregnancy is a painful process ,and the cause of pain is usually the stretching of uterine muscles ,due to increasing size and weight of the baby ,so you have to decrease your fears and try to relax as much as you can ,stress usually increase the pain .
BUT ,first you should check your obstetrician ,so he'll do the ultrasound test ,to rule out any problems ,and he may also do some urine tests to rule out any bladder infection as well .
eat well ,sleep well ,walk ,and most importantly be happy ..
wish you all the best .. Dr.hatem

You may have just bruised yourself, but you may have also damaged your pelvis or the placenta or it could just be ligaments or even braxton hicks or contractions. Lots of things. It may be nothing to do with running after your son. Just a coincidence or even stress causing muscle tightenings.
Depends on how pregnant you are too ,but please go to your early pregnancy or maternity unit immediately and get this checked out. It may be nothing , and most probably is, but it may be important too.

Wishing you all the best X

Could be that something is out of alignment such as with your spine but I would recommend getting in touch with your OB/GYN to have them evaluate the situation further to see what they think is going on.
