Does any body know where i can get a sentimental photograph image transfered on to a christmas tree bauble ?

At my lab we have three bauble types, ball, snowflake, and star. Just go to your local consumer or drugstore lab. Most likely, they will scan your photo or negative and send a CD to fulfill the order. They will not be able to send a copyrighted photo, so make sure it is a snapshot and not a school or studio portrait.
Also, I have seen small picture frames that you put your own picture in and hang on the tree.

No, but I have seen someone put an image inside a bauble.
