hi guys,
i'm 15 and love to be healthy and i was wondering, are these breakies good for you and healthy ?....

wheat-bix x2, with warm skim milk and a teaspoon of honey and a kiwi fruit

or....

1/3 cup rolled oats with a banana.

for school days i usually have the wheat-bix and the oats every second day cos i can't think of any thing else.
but on weekends i have....

one boiled egg on toast...is that good!

are they good breakies :)

Oatmeal (rolled oats) is one of my favorttes, too. It's good to get some protein in to your breakfasts. So the egg and toast is good, try adding some fresh fruit or fruit juice.
If you can tolerate cottage cheese, try a small scoop on top of the otmeal to add protein. The more protein there is in your breakfast, the more energy and staying power you will have the rest of the day.

They are really good brekkies. If you are not into exercise lay of the simple carbs (honey), or mayb just alternate to low fat honey. Try some bran for brekkie. The extra fibre will do u good.

yeah i guess they having breakfast in the morning is good for you so good on you there are alot of people out there who don't eat it but they sound good
