I'm actually shocked at how healthy the contents of my fridge are today - apples, oranges, strawberries, bananas, lettuce, spinach, half a cucumber, 4 tomatoes, 5 lemons, smoked mackerel (urghhh...it's for the husband) last night's wholemeal pasta with home made tomato sauce and veg, skimmed milk, boneless chicken to cook later, 13 longley farm natural fruit yoghurts, cottage cheese and some reduced fat red leisester cheese. Oh yeah, nearly forgot - some garden mint and a handful of corriander. God, I'm craving chocolate!

A pumpkin soup science experiment, a Blue Cheese that started off as Edam, some yoghurt in a container labelled "milk", some apples, nope they're oranges, some 'circular celery' (you know, the flexible type), some mushroom soup in a mushroom bag - but that smells off, but thank God, there's ...... BEEEEEER!
